RING SIZING
If you are UK based and unsure of your ring size you can order a free ring sizer at the same time as ordering your ring. Just select "Unsure / Please send me a free ring sizer" In place of a ring size.
If you are abroad we recommend that you pop into your local jewellers to check your ring size before ordering. Alternatively you can buy a ring sizer very cheaply online by searching "plastic ring sizer tool". They look like this:

Please take care to ensure the correct size before ordering as all rings are made bespoke to order and any re-sizing will carry a £40 re-sizing fee, plus any shipping costs.
To arrange a re-sizing service for a ring bought from us, please contact info@rubyjack.com
How to measure your ring size: To measure your ring size with a plastic ring sizer, insert the pointed end through the slot to form a loop, then slide it onto the finger you want to size and pull the pointed end to create a snug fit. The plastic tool should slide on and off comfortably over your knuckle with slight resistance, not too tight to cause redness or too loose to fall off. Note the size indicated by the arrow on the sizer. We recommend that you measure two times over two days. Ideally in the evening as this is when your fingers will be at their most swollen! Our body heats up throughout the day. Measuring when your hands are cold could mean ordering a ring a size too small.
